I have 65 in Samsung curve that did not have power I changed the main board and now have power but also now have a thin black line coming down the left side of the screen. I was careful with all connections and believe they are all properly and securely back in place. Any help with this would be appreciated

Adding images to an existing question What you are describing sounds like a TAB error. The bonding of the very thin ribbon cable entering the LCD panel may have come off, corroded or broke. You will have to remove the back cover and make out the TAB, then apply some pressure to the thin ribbon cable at exactly the point where the line appears. If that changes the line then it is a TAB error. Most of those cannot be repaired but require replacement. Sometimes the application of a piece of strong tape applies enough pressure to create the connection but this may only be temporary. The attached images are just an example of what to look for.
