Hi, TV is 55” curved samsung, had just over a year but don’t have my warranty or proof of purchase. Recently one very thin line appeared down the middle of the TV and then it progressed to a few thick black lines with bits of red and green in and a semi circle at the bottom (pictured). They stay there on all inputs. Rang a couple of tv repair places who said its not worth it as the screen needs replacing. Anything I can do to try and fix it myself? Its UHD 4K HDR. Cheers
Literally, the only thing you can do is replace the screen, because the problem is with something in the screen. I think your best bet would be to purchase a replacement TV, because repair would likely cost more than the unit itself, even if you could get a repair technician to do the work. As a side note, always keep your proof of purchase, and warranty information in a safe place
