Can I buy the thermal pads in the YLOD repair kit by themselves? I already have a nice bit set, and a heat gun.

doug, does not look like ifixit selling these without the kit. The pads are 2mm thick and you may have to cut your own. You can get some 20mmx20mmx2mm from places like this and many others.
