There Was An Internal Crack From Within The Top Left Corner Samsung Television

Bought a Samsung 49" curved TV and it came without a box but a plastic wrapper. I tried to switch on the TV and it indicated with the red light from the bottom to show that it is turn ON but there was an internal crack from within the top left corner all the way down to the bottom left corner. No physical crack on the screen. I don’t understand what could be the problem, I didn’t buy it from Samsung but a retail named Home Corp

@sphumza_h going by your description alone this sounds like a cracked LCD. To verify this, post some pictures of what your screen displays. That way we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. If so then the only thing you can try is to contact the store you bought it from and raise the issue with them. Otherwise finding a replacement LCD panel will be a real challenge (almost impossible).
