There’s this graph looking thing that is on the bottom right of my screen and it’s really annoying
That is liquid gone into the backlight diffuser film that is a layer that sits behind the display panel. You’ll need to get the screen replaced to fix this. I would be worried that liquid may have gotten into the phone.
