hi, i’m getting text messages without sound so i have to be checking constantly if i have a text cos there is no sound when they come in. I have checked all the slides and they are way up, the volume is on full too. i will appreciate any help, thnk you so much
Check Sounds tab Sounds in Control Panel. The sound for text notification should be enabled and you can also select a different sound. You can test if this is making a sound by clicking on the Test button. If you still do not get sound notifications then check your notifications settings to verify that sound is enabled.
