Chosen Solution
previously when i install window 7 my audio was work fine but when i upgraded to the newest win 10 version. there is cross symbol in the audio icon. i think something was happen with audio driver. but when i was check device manager . the audio driver was become 2 driver. one of that have a warning symbol but the other was work fine. but my pc still completely cannot produce sound :(. You guys can check screenshot for together finding the solution :)
Update (12/15/2018) what thats mean? to be filled by OEM? where i can find the HD audio model number ?
If you look under the device details, find the Hardware ID and search it on this site https://www.pcilookup.com/ It should help you identify the hardware you have. Remove both the audio drivers, then reinstall the driver. You can trigger the system to detect the hardware using device manager. Click Action, and then click Scan for hardware changes. It should detect and attempt to install the driver.
