I have a Instax mini 8 camera and the picture prints out differently to what the view finder shows. When I use the view finder to see what my picture is going to look like, the picture that comes out is always not what I have seen in the view finder. For example - if I was taking a picture of an apple, I would see the whole apple through the view finder but when the picture prints you can only see half the apple. It’s like someone has moved the camera just before the picture is taken and the shot is slightly to the left/right. How do I fix this?

This isn’t an issue with the camera. You will notice that the view finder is at the top right of the device where as the lens is in the center. Because its a polaroid and a very simple one at that, it doesn’t have a digital or ‘in-line’ view finder. So while you’re lining up your shot with the view finder the actual image will be taken slightly to the left and down because of where the lens sits. You can combat this by aiming slightly to the right and above your target object. It’s just a flaw in the product that users have to deal with unless they release another model addressing this issue. I hope this helps.
