The Samsung 60" LED TV UA60F6400ARXZN TV was bought in the Middle East which is why the number is different from the UK models. Recently when we switch the TV on the screen remains blank (with a dark blue hue in the back ground) but the sound works and all the menu functions seem to work. Just we cannot see any picture. This problem has been coming and going for the last few months but recently there is no picture what so ever and we have tried to turn it on and off a number of times with no success.

Alexander Sheikh if you can give us the Chassis number of your TV since it is from the Middle East, it may make it easier to find the schematics. The dark blue hue is most likely your backlight which turns on. It sounds like you are not getting video output. You do want to make sure that you try all inputs (HDMI, COAX, Composite etc.) to ensure you have no image on any of those. If you do not then you need to unplug your set, remove the back and check to make sure that all your cables are properly seated. Check the LVDS cable from the main board. Take a look at all of your boards for obviously damaged components like bad caps (domed, leaking etc) Post some images of your boards with your question so we can see what you see. For that use this guide Adding images to an existing question The most likely culprit here will be your main board, but check the connectors first. You may also have to invest in a good multimeter as well so you can measure the voltages on those boards.
