NOT the “sound works but no picture” issue. The tv has uniform faded(washed out) color across the sceen.
@williammayhew washed out appearing video can be caused by a bad T-con board or a bad LCD panel. since it is almost impossible to replace the panel, I would definitely look and replace the T-con board first. You are looking for this board
