My macbook clicks but has no other signs of life and unlike my 2019 where i was just able to restore it with another mac. Ive tried a PRam reset and all the other basic trouble shooting things (to my knowledge) and it also doesnt display anything to the internal monitor or an external monitor
Let see if a full SMC reset solves this. Pop off the bottom cover and disconnect the battery, now with nothing connected press and hold the power button for a good 15 secs. they lets the logic board to be fully discharge . Now plug in the chargers MagSafe in your system should spontaneously start up did it?
