I replaced my ipod touch’s screen and digitizer because it was cracked. But now the touch screen is not working. It won’t let me turn it off, or unlock it or anything touch wise.
Emily, double check or your work. Make sure that the cables are properly seated and properly connected. If that does not resolve this, it is possible that your digitizer is faulty. Contact the vendor to arrange for an exchange with a working one. Hope this helps, good luck.
Check the connection on the back of the board it is to the digitizer.
