The touchscreen of my radio doesn’t work. Chrysler 300 2012
liliana_cortes22 , Remove negative battery cable for 10 minutes to try and reset radio/screen and try. Still no go, you could remove radio/screen and check all connections and reset the connection to be sure of proper connection. If no luck have it updated/reloaded at your nearest Chrysler dealership and if no go, there is a fault with the touch screen or radio and will have to be diagnosed and repaired by a automotive audio technician.
