The Top Base Gear Is Sticking To Its Base And Cease To Rotate Magic Bullet Nutribullet

When plugged in the nutribullet does not rotate. I opened it fully thinking the motor winding would have burnt but to my surprise the Base Gear is sticking to its base cup. I tried to remove it but it is so firm it is not coming out. Tried bit of heating the whole thing but it does not. Any clue
