The first two start pictures turn on in one second each. First “Smart TV, in one second and then the screen with tree small yellow/green, green and blue “labels” for a second. Then the screen go into a dark blue color. This procedure are repeating tree or four times, then the screen went in black. It is not possible to turn on the TV.
First thing I would do is unplug the tv and start taking the back panel off. What you will be looking for is any bulging capacitors (google if you dont know what those are) If you do have some bulging ones then I would suggest replacing them. You can do this fairly easily, just check the ratings on each bulging one and search them up on a site like digikey or ebay and you will be able to find exact replacements.
