The storage section in the device settings app won’t open when I tap the button. It will buffer, display the settings gear icon, then return to settings page. All other sections work okay. All other apps work okay. I’ve reseated the card, restarted, and powered off and on several times with no effect. Any ideas?
Hi @remarkibal When you say “all other sections work OK”, did you clear the Settings app Cache as well? Not sure if this is what you did or not Go to the Settings menu > find and select Apps or Application Manager > find and select the Settings app > select Storage > select Clear Cache.
