I’m not able to make or receive phone calls, the speaker icon gets gray.
Most likely a bad Audio IC chip, if it is under warranty return it to Apple or your carrier. If it is not you will have to look for someone in your area or online that can perform this repair as it requires micro soldering. iPhone 7 speaker icon greyed out
