My calculator was working fine, until one day the screen would not show anything else but an all white screen with non of the features present.
Sounds to me like it crashed. That’s not too hard to fix, just press the ‘reset’ button located on the back of the calculator. You may want to look at this guide for future reference.
This just happened to me. Brand new out of the box. Return it, theres nothing you can do
