The Screen Is Stuck At The Blu Logo Blu Energy X

My Blu Energy X phone got a wireless update and for the past 2 days it has been stuck at the “BLU LOGO” screen and occasionally it gets stuck at the “Select boot mode” screen. How do I resolve this? HELP!!!!

Try soft resetting it in recovery mode. Probably just a simple bug with the update. Reset it and wipe cache in recovery, should solve it.

I’m having the same problem. And tried to alondo that including the complete factory reset. If you get an answer please let me know SaraKammeraad@yahoo.com
