The tablet touch screen is unresponsive and pressing the power button doesn’t work either. I thought if I waited long enough, it would start working properly again but it hasn’t. What do I do?
I agree the tablet needs to be reset / rebooted just like any computer.. take a paperclip and put it in the small hole by the micro USB port to press the reset button.
The tablet should be reset. If you press and hold the power button and home button for approximately 10 seconds, the screen should reset itself along with the device.
Mine wouldn’t work at all so I just let it die then recharged it then it started working again
Hi I’ve tried to reset my tablet bit keep coming I’m no command i let it die recharged full battery still frozen on the drain touch start up
