We have 2 tablets. 1 tablet will not charge. the other one has a cracked screen. Can these be repaired?
They can both be repaired. One will need a new screen and the other probably needs a new battery. Many low cost tablets have cheap batteries that do not stand up to frequent charging and discharging. The decision to be made is whether or not it is worth it. A screen can be obtained rather cheaply; batteries are reasonable. Finding someone to do the work is the hard part.
