My Blu phone 8.0 mega was working fine last night and I plugged it in when I got home but now the screen is completely black and will not turn on I have 4 new chargers and adapters it has no water damage I am at a loss and I just started my new job and definitely need this phone to work
Can you get into the start menu? DO this by holding the power button, volume up and volume down buttons at the same time, for a couple of seconds. If it works, you will see a menu with some options, try the reboot system now option. Also are you sure its charging? Do you get any light or indicator that it is actually charging?
