Chosen Solution
Hey, so yesterday I dropped my Google Pixel 2, and since then the screen has been unresponsive. The phone itself is actually on, as I accidentally called someone, and my alarms have been ringing all day (I can’t turn them off). Does anyone know what to do or what might be wrong? Any and all help would be appreciated, thanks~!
Hi, Have you tried rebooting the phone? Hold the power button and volume down button for about 15 seconds, this should cause the phone to reboot. If this doesn’t work, you are likely looking at a damaged screen, and would need it replacing.
