My brother returned my phone to me with my screen black and green but I could still hear the phone getting notifications and when I would turn it on and off it would play the jingle like a working phone should. Do I have to completely change my phone or just replace the screen?
Sounds like the phones display or digitiser has been damaged, or has become disconnected as a result of it being dropped. You can attempt to repair it yourself using ifixits guide on note 3 here: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Repair If the phone itself works, then it’s probably a simple fix.
