Chosen Solution
The screen of my iPod doesn’t work, i try to turn it off, or turn it on and it dowsn’t work when i connect the iPod to the pc, the pc recognize the iPod touch but the screen is still black, i can’t listen to music the last time it worked normally i was listening to music and then it suddenly stopped when i tried to see what was happening the iPod screen was black… :( i don’t think it turned off because of the battery, when i was listening to musci i remember that the battery was in 50% sorry for my english :( help please i’m desesperated because i’m in bolivia and there’s nnowhere i can go to get the iPod fixed, i bought it in france 6 months ago… thanks
does itunes report any problem or will it connect normal ? does the iPod charge when you connect it to a computer ? maybe you should backup your stuff and try to make a hard reset (press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for at least 10 seconds - then the iPod reboots) if that won’t help - restore it with itunes.
