my touch doesn’t work after using phone data how to fix it

Try Completing a factory reset. First make sure the phone is turned off.

1. Hold the Volume up Button
2. While holding the volume up button press and hold the power button
3. Once the phone turns on release the POWER button only while still holding the volume up button
4. A list of languages should appear select using thevolume keys to move up and down and the power button to select.
5. Next screen scroll down to “Wipe data and factory Reset”
6. Scroll down to “YES”
7. Clear system cache
8. Select Rebot System now If that does not fix it have you dropped the device? Or damaged it ?
