Chosen Solution

A long time ago, I put the laptop away on a shelf for a few months and when I took it down again, the screen was almost fully busted. Only about a quarter of the screen on the left side was still visible, and the bottom half was red. Soon after, this half began to mimic the graphics on the upper half. Later, that last quarter broke. There is what I am guessing is screen fluid along the middle of the screen. This is an image of what the screen looks like now.

Do you have any suggestions?

Looks to me like something bent the screen and cracked it. Maybe something heavy on top. you can fix it though! Toshiba Satellite C655D-S5200 LCD Replacement
