The Screen Appears With The Lenovo Log Only And Its Not Moving Lenovo Phone

So my I left my Lenovo 600,.. Alittle closed for a few months and now I’m trying to open it but it won’t open It’s red lit is very dim and I tried all the steps above and nothing’s working the charger the same that came with the phone now I putted it on the charger and the screen appears with the Lenovo log only and its not moving help plzz

If pc recognize it,just reflesh stock ROM
