Hello! Just got the Samsung Frame 2019 TV today. And the remote was working perfectly. Just recently it wont scroll up or down only in the sub-menu of Settings. Any idea what might be wrong? We’ve restarted he TV and the remote.
Hi, Since it’s that new, get it repaired under warranty. You’ve done as much as you can to make it work and it is not user error since you reset the TV with no problems.
