I own a pair of these earbuds and one day, the right side doesn’t play sound anymore, on both my PC and phone. I thought that it may be because they were old. Nope, bought a new pair today and the same thing is happening. Tried updating the driver and restarting my device. Neither worked and the company doesn’t have a troubleshooting guide for it.
are they wired or wireless? If wired, the probability of both PC and phone being broke is pretty low. The probability of both earbuds being broke is also pretty low especially if one is new. The possibility that they are not getting plugged in fully is a high probability. If they are wireless try resetting the pairing on all devices and re-pairing.
