After hard reset the screen flashes blue then off and red light flashes

If you have a cable box you can try pressing the reboot or reset button on it. If that doesn’t work then you can try and unplug the cable box or what ever up to the TV. If that doesn’t you could maybe try to replace the batteries on the remote. I hope this was helpful!
