. The protective screen that covers the actual lens is completely broken, as in there is a hole, and my finger can actually touch the lens. The camera quality is now a bit fuzzy. I just wanted to know whether not having that protective screen actually affects camera quality.
No the cover does not affect the camera quality, its just a piece of glass. You might want to try and clean the camera lens with a q-tip. If that doesn’t help then the lens itself might of gotten scratched with it being exposed.
