I have a NetGear, NetGeo NTV300 that I’ve had for less than years and it will not turn on. The Samsung tv doesn’t recognize it and no light turns on and it worked a week and a half ago. I have changed the batteries for the remote and there still is nothing. Please help.
Hi, Try plugging the power cable of the device itself out and then plugging it in about 30 seconds to 1 minute after.
