I have tried everything; changed the batteries, changed the charger, long press on the on/off button and on the home button
It is very possible that the button has gone bad. I’ve looked on the web for the button for the Galaxy Grand NEO (GT-i9060). I cannot find it. You may try calling Samsung and seeing if they can ship you a button for it. I’ve had success with that before for a customer’s Samsung phone.
