While playing some music the power light is red and it turns white after a while is new and i don’t know what is wrong?

It just means you need to charge it. The battery is running low and it’s letting you know.

i have the same problem. How do i know my UE Wonderboom is charging. Because i plug the usb to charge, i don’t know it is charging or not. I pressed the button and it’s still red. And i just bought it brand new the charger and the speaker, only used one times until i have this situation.

This means the mic is off. Can enable/disable in the blast app which also happens to toggle the light. Nothing to do with the battery if the light is solid red.

I have a red light that says it is al most running out of energy but i am using amazon Music.

Try to do the factory reset (hold minus button and power button at the same time for like 10-15 seconds it should play a sound)

I have a feeling it’s got something to do with the base output. When I play base heavy songs at full volume the light goes red, and when I reduce the volume or change the song it goes back to white

I believe it means it is overheating I tried playing 100 Hertz bass tone on it and it lasted about 20 seconds before it started getting warm on the top and went red

A nice powerful little speaker however there’s not enough info included! Are you supposed to be a mind reader. Where’s the charging light? There isn’t one and there should be one. How the !&&* are you supposed to know if :1. It is charging? 2. When it is fully charged?.it doesn’t say how long it takes to charge! come one guys, more info is definitely requiresd. mine was working great then it stopped abruptly. i tried putting it back on with the cable attached and now it’ won’t connect. im going to give a 2 hour charge,if nothing changes back it goes to Costco. Thank god costco has an excellent return policy.
