The Pointer Freezes As Soon As Computer Is Turned On Dell Desktop

The computer turns on but the pointer freezes. How do I unfreeze it?

Try with a different mouse. If it was recently moved to a different USB port then move it back. See if you can get any response with using the keyboard if you don’t have another mouse to try. If you can’t get either one of them to work it might be software related.
