the phone has stalled during use and the battery has overheated, when the charger is plugged in i get the message: battery alert… the battery temperature is abnormal,charging has been stopped.
Try leaving the device off for a day or so. If it does not work: Consider getting it repaired for a battery replacement. Remember to not play with it on for too long, turn it off if not playing and do not overcharge it.
Over heating won’t charge
I found a 1.1kohm dead rezistor on pcb near the battery connector ,i replaced and work fine.
I have not found the right help for my phone
