I have an iPhone 5c here in my shop. It indicates the phone is charging but does not seem to ACTUALLY be charging. I tested out a new battery and it was the same problem. Swapped out the piece that has the Lightning port, headphones, speaker etc and inserted a new one. Same issue. I looked online on this issue and saw a lot of iPhone 5s issues regarding a burned fuse but the fuse is of course, not on the 5c mobo. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, were you able to fix it?

Check the battery connector. Make sure its solid and not coming up from the board. Make sure there are no bent or missing pins. If that all looks good, Google the schematics for the 5S. Chances are that one of the charging components popped.
