the phone does not turn on. it charges, but when I turn it on, the engine vibrates twice and nothing happens. What’s wrong with the phone?
I’m leaning toward this being a screen issue just based on what little information we have. @tree sponsore, what happens when you plug it into a computer? Is it recognized by iTunes? If so, I would probably start by replacing the screen. Since this is an older model, replacement screens are inexpensive and readily available.
