I have an iPhone 4S. This happens a lot more than it did a couple months ago. My music on my phone won’t play after I click on the play button. I tried turning off my phone and turning it back on. It will then go back to normal, but the same problem will come back again. Please help me resolve this issue. Also, While I was typing this, I just clicked the play button on my phone and my music is currently playing fine. Thank you!
Could be either dirty dock or dirty headphone jack The phone thinks you have it on music dock and phone has no sound. When u press volume keys does it come up blank?
Maybe. The volume bar is still there.
