A friend of mine’s computer monitor tends to flicker rapidly and display lines on the top of the screen with the section above this being normal, but the area below significantly higher in brightness. The flickering tends to go away after a few minutes. Can you tell me what the problem with the monitor is? I’m guessing an issue with the graphics card, but it could be something else. Thank you!
Hey Michael, Without more detail, kind of hard to say, but I think you are on the right track. If it isn’t a physical connection or the screen itself, it is probably a driver issue. Hope this helps.
