the logic board I purchased came already locked. is this normal or did they send me a faulty logic board, or where can I find the info for the email and password.
@joshua_jiral you did not tell us where you bought it from. If this was an ifixit purchase contact customer support on here https://help.ifixit.com/category/133-con… If it was not an iFixit purchase, your guess is as good as ours for how to contact that seller. There is no fix and the board is of no use to you.
No its a scam try to return it. It’s not possible to unlock it without the password.
