I had to physically remove the wiper motor fuse from the fuse compartment near driver side left foot rest to stop wipers from running constantly, the lever right of steering wheel and column does not respond. What am I dealing with?
@lobsterizer errors like this can be caused by a faulty relay. Your Accord has a intermittent wiper relay in the right rear corner of the engine compartment. Check or replace that first then you have a known-good place to start further trouble shooting if it is necessary.
