I have a vision E65-E3 tv and after a year and 3 months now it’s almost completely dark on one side it didnt seem that way a few hours ago and am wondering if there is anything I can do or is it something I can have Visio fix possibly or any type of recalls that anyone knows about
@crazedone sorry no recalls on that one. Sounds like your backlight is out on that side. We would have to see what your screen shows to be sure. Post some pictures. Anyhow, you can check the LED output from your power board to the backlight and see what the voltages are. If those are okay you most likely have a failed backlight array (LED backlight inside the panel) Adding images to an existing question
