With someone from the helpdesk I have checked all the items in the phone that enables reception of internet. However the small sign of 4 G does not reappear on the screen. My simcard shows the same problem in another android phone. What to do?
If the simcard has the same problem in other phones you might want to check with your provider, maybe the card is defective or has been deactivated for some reason.
