The Edge stops working frequently, and when it does other features stop working as well: the rotate feature stops, the camera won’t take pictures and the “recents” button doesn’t work. Perhaps other features stop as well, but I haven’t checked to see which ones. To get everything working again I power OFF/ON as many times as it takes to make them work. Please advise how to fix this.
@bjdouglas this phone should still be covered under warranty. Before you try anything else, contact the vendor of this phone and get it replaced.
