My Samsung pull push SHS-718 opens from the outside without asking for password or fingerprints although all is registered , any help ?
Check if it is set to auto instead of Manual… It is supposed to be set to auto - for AUTO LOCK
The door lock did not lock in the first place - check reasons for this.or The shaft and/or the locking mechanism is dislocated - have the installer dismantle and check.
Seems to be an issue with installation with ours. It isn’t locking properly because door jam plate is loose
