The newer MacBook Pro’s fro 2016 onwards use a press-fit pin into the lid assembly as you can see here
So you can’t tighten the lid side, only the body side which is anchored with three screws per side. I would take your system to an Apple Store or authorized dealer to have them replace the display assembly if your system is still under warranty. Sorry the M1/M2 systems all have soldered RAM and Storage (Flash) as you can see here. No means to upgrade either.
