When i turn the computer on i hear the fans working but this is about it and nothing else. The apple backlit logo stays off as well. What could be the problem and how can i diagnose it?
Shine a flashlight into the lids Apple logo do you see a faint image of your desktop icons? It you do the backlight needs to be checked out. Let us know what you discover.
