The brush won’t spin on my Hoover Wintunnel Pro Pet, but the hose has suction. Does anyone know how to make the belt spin??
REF: http://tti.a.bigcontent.io/v1/static/UH7… First are you referring to the brushroll on the vacuum or on the hand-held attachment? If the vacuum brushroll, step on the brushroll pedal at the base of the vacuum. See the above link, go to page 6 and Figure 2.3. If the hand-held attachment burshroll, go to the troubleshooting page in the link above on page 15, and follow the instructions for “Air-Powered Hand Tool brushroll won’t turn”. It is the second from the bottom.
I had the same problem. Tried the brush pedal and still nothing. Then I saw a note that said the brush will not spin in the upright position. Lowered the handle, put the brush pedal in the raised position and it took off.
